Dr. Wayne S. Harrison, a native of Ballston Spa, received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with Honors from Hartwick College where he was a member of the track team and Honor Society. Dr. Harrison received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Stony Brook University’s School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation Dr. Harrison received honors in Periodontics, Endodontics, and Operative Dentistry. Dr. Harrison completed a one year General Practice Residency in Dentistry and served one year as Senior Dental Resident at St. Clare’s Hospital. He has practiced in the Capital Region for over 30 years.
Dr. Harrison has been dedicated to providing excellent dental care for his patients by continuing his dental education. Upon completion of 500 hours of Continuing Education and completing the Fellowship Examination he was awarded Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1987. Dr. Harrison’s professional memberships include the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the New York Dental Association, Fellow ICOI, IAO, and the Fourth District Dental Society. Dr. Harrison served for two years as President of the local Fourth District Dental Society and has been a member of several committees, including serving as Chairman of Continuing Education. Dr. Harrison has published articles in the Journal of the American Dental Association and General Dentistry.

An Eagle Scout, Dr. Harrison has been Cubmaster, Assistant Scoutmaster, Merit Badge Counselor, and served on the Executive Board of Twin Rivers Council Boy Scouts of America for over 25 years.
Dr. Devin S. Harrison spent his early years in Gloversville and has fond memories of playing soccer, running track, and performing music at GHS. He continued his education locally at Union College in Schenectady earning a B.S. in Biochemistry as a member of the Class of 2009. The following year involved a move to Long Island where he joined his brother Dr. Brendon Harrison at Stony Brook University’s School of Dental Medicine, and earned his D.D.S in 2014. Dr. Devin became a Tar Heel that summer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to complete a General Practice Residency.
Dr. Devin is committed to continuing his education and is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Capital District Continuum for Advanced Dental Education. As an Eagle Scout Dr. Devin learned the value of service and is honored to have had the opportunities to provide care to underserved populations in Madagascar, Uganda, and Zambia. In recognition of these efforts, the New York State Dental Foundation presented him with the Student Recognition Award in 2013. He is excited to be back in the area and to join his father, Dr. Wayne Harrison, in caring for the oral health of his local communities.
Alisa joined our team in 1995. She resides in Ballston Spa with her husband of 37 years. She is the mother of three and grandmother of four. Alisa enjoys people, travel, and learning new things.
Nicole is from Troy and attended Troy High School. She received a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from Branford Hall Career Institute in Albany. Nicole enjoys archery, photography, gardening, cooking, kayaking, and spending time with her children. She resides in Gloversville.
Joanne is from Amsterdam. She attended Amsterdam High School and Schenectady County Community College. During her leisure time she enjoys her three little yorkies.
Lisa lives in Galway. She is a proud member of our team for nearly thirty years. She has a son, Erick, who lives in Georgia.
Gretchen, R.D.H. is from Johnstown and attended JHS. She is a graduate from Monroe Community College where she received her Associates Degree in dental hygiene. She enjoys hiking, scrap-booking, and she coaches youth field hockey and basketball for Johnstown.
Mary Beth, R.D.H. has been a member of our team since 1996. She received her A.A.S. in dental hygiene in 1989 from Hudson Valley Community College. Mary Beth grew up in Glens Falls and currently resides in Queensbury with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
